The conference on 7 September in Berlin was attended by almost 300 Apleona executives from all over Europe, including the CEO of Apleona Italy, Silvia Cacciavillani.

Among the main topics of the summit, was the integration of Apleona and Gegenbauer ‘One Company Project’, Integrated Facility Management, and Green Real Estate.

Opening the summit was Managing Director Dr. Jochen Keysberg, who set and reiterated the priority values, themes, and cultural elements for Apleona and the further development of the Group. No less important among the topics discussed were the opportunities represented at the European level by the integration of Gegenbauer into the Apleona Group. The standardization and digitalization of processes will enable an operational approach, in accordance with ESG principles, that will make Apleona ‘the most efficient and modern service company in terms of quality, innovation and sustainability’.

Silvia Cacciavillani, CEO of Apleona Italy, participated as a speaker in the panel on Green Real Estate, one of the central themes of the company and of the 7 September summit. Two main focuses emerged from the speakers’ speeches: clients’ growing needs for decarbonisation and Apleona’s expertise in implementing strategies aimed at achieving them.

“A great event, with excellent organisation and wonderful people and colleagues,” Silvia Cacciavillani then commented. “It was a real pleasure to talk about the role of Green Real Estate in the Italian ecological transition process and to share Apleona Italy’s experience and expertise in sustainable building and Energy Management”.
